I redesigned the end-to-end assessment platform for Publicis Sapient, focusing on both the candidate-facing interface and the internal admin portal. The goal was to enhance usability, reduce friction, and create a focused, distraction-free experience for users. I developed a new design system, simplified the test-taking flow, and restructured complex admin workflows. This resulted in a cleaner interface, improved navigation, and a more efficient experience for candidates and administrators alike.

As the platform evolved, I also led the design of an analytics suite to provide deeper insights into candidate performance and question-level effectiveness. Through stakeholder interviews and competitive research, I identified key requirements and translated them into intuitive dashboards and data visualizations. The final solution enabled admins to monitor trends, track outcomes, and refine assessments over time, making the platform more intelligent and impactful.
